____ A. We have a 30-45 day turn around time after discovering of an upcoming open position.

____ B. We do not grab the first warm body that can complete the basic application, is breathing and knows what a drug test is.

____ C. We have more than one level of the interviewing process (two interviewers or two sessions, online assessments, back ground check -completed at application, scenario responses, etc.)

____ D. We actually have a current job description and policy/procedures for that specific work readily available before they are hired.

____ E. We have a training plan that includes staff cross training, technical training and new employee HR training all within 30 days.

____ F. Our new employees will have a working computer, email, phone, basic new hire necessities within 2 weeks of hire date.

____ G. Our new hires are provided a detailed performance measures to fully know what the work acceptable work standards are within the first 2 weeks of hire date.

____ H. If remedial  and intense training is not effective within 90 days, the new hire is redirected to a new career elsewhere.
