In the Trenches Experience: Terry Carlile, author of IMPACT, combined his passion and dynamic presentation skills to successfully challenge the traditional thinking and values stemming from difficult environments. IMPACT workshops incorporate humorous, fast-paced and energetic formats designed to break negative cycles and engage individuals to become motivated, positive, achieving, committed and teachable.
Terry’s work history reflects over 25 years of community service including designing and directing a youth center for at-risk youth. He established youth coalitions in Arkansas and Texas with the developmental asset approach as the foundation and has led and worked with workforce programs in East Texas, Houston/ Galveston, Corpus Christi, Wichita Falls and Ft. Worth, TX and in Colorado Springs.
